TREATMENT CANCELLATION

Our treatments are specialized and a precious resource of health and happiness to many. We reserve your treatment just for you. If you do not make it to your session we are not able to schedule other clients at that time and everyone loses.

In order to serve all of our clients better, we have a 12 hour cancellation policy to cancel treatments. If you do not cancel ahead of this cancellation window, you will lose your session.

If you are a new client and you do not show up to your first session, you will be subject to a no-show fee of $50 charged to your card on file.

GRIP SOCK POLICY

Socks with grips are required at all Juju Life Megaformer classes and are available for purchase or for rent ($3). We carry Toesox and Tavi Noir organic cotton grippy socks.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

The Lagree Method is a group class that is designed for a group setting. Both the instructor and the student have a more fulfilling experience when there are at least two students in the class, so we do not teach classes for only one student.

We reserve the right to cancel a class that has 0 students signed up for it within 12 hours before the start of class.

We reserve the right to cancel a class within two hours of the start of class with only one student enrolled.

If a class is cancelled, you will not lose your class. You will receive an email informing you of the cancellation. We will also make an effort to reach you by phone or text if it is the same day as the class.

Please check the status of the class before arriving, especially if you are aware that there is low enrollment in the class. If there is a class in the other studio at the same time, you will be able to switch studios without penalty.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel a class ahead of the 12 hour cancellation window your class will be saved in your account for future use. Classes never expire so you can use them in the future.

Classes are not transferable.

 

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?

No, but we do offer a recurring monthly membership of 12 classes for $240. Classes do not roll over at the end of the month. If you use more than 12 classes, you may purchase additional classes for $20 each.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLy MEMBERSHIP?

If you want to cancel your Monthly 12 Classes for $240 at any point, email us at least 3 days prior to the expiration of the current month and we will cancel the auto-renew.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.

If you cancel within the 12 hour window you will lose your class.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, please email us.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR (AND I DID NOT LATE CANCEL)?

We are keeping a megaformer reserved just for you! If you do not cancel your class ahead of time, you are keeping other students from getting to take your spot because there is no lead time to inform them of the opening or for people to drop-in. Classes often have a waitlist or there can be people who are not on the waitlist but wish they could be in class. In addition to losing your class, if you do not show up to a class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25. This policy is in place as an added incentive to respect the time of the studio and of our clients. This policy is in effect for all size classes (small classes are also affected by your absence) as a reminder that you must remember to cancel ahead of time when you will not be attending a class that you are signed up for.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?

Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours! Please remember to late cancel your class or you will still be charged a no-show fee if you do not show up to your original class (however,  you will still be able to use that class for the stand-by make-up class). Please let the instructor or desk attendant know the situation so they can add you to the class roster.

 

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute (but more than 12 hours before the start of class), be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.
