What is the correct protocol for treatments?
Each person’s skin responds to red light therapy differently. Some might notice a difference immediately, while others need a little patience and more time to see that it’s actually working. Typically, noticeable results of collagen growth are seen at three months and peak at six months, as collagen growth is a process that takes time.
It is recommended to start with a commitment of 20 minutes 3-5 times per week for the first 1-4 weeks, then 2-3 times per week for the following 4-12 weeks, and finally 1-2 times per week to maintain results.
